Heather Lins Home takes great care in creating our merchandise and filling your orders. Please inspect your order upon receipt for any discrepancies. If there is a problem such as a defective item or an incorrectly packed order, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt. After 5 business days, we will only accept defective items at our discretion. Heather Lins Home will exchange or refund all full priced items that are returned within 21 days of receipt.
