Dragonfly Napkin Rings

Our handcrafted napkin rings (can also be used as place cards) make any table more eye-catching. These paper cutout silhouettes guide guests to their seats with whimsy and charm. They enhance events from the largest wedding reception to the most intimate dinner party. Guests will enjoy having their own place card to take with them as a keepsake to remember your special occasion.

Paper color options: white or cream
Dot color options: any color (shown in cappuccino tan)
Text color options: any color (shown in black)

Color Preferences:
When ordering, please note your color preferences for paper, dot color and printed text. If you do not note your color preferences during checkout, you will receive cream paper with tan dots and black text. We can not print in white or metallic colors like gold or silver.

Size: approximately 9″ × 3″ (flat)

Personalization:
We can print your guests’ names on the napkin rings for an extra $.75 per card. We use an elegant script font. We recommend using only one name per wing for printed text. The ink color is black unless you request a specific color. Please contact us to order printed names before checking out. After checkout you can email your guest list to us at orders@timelesspaper.com.

Instructions:
Hand write your guests’ names in the open spaces on the napkin ring place cards, loop the paper band around a napkin and interlock notches for a lovely dinner party accessory.

Shipping:
All items are made to order. Please allow up to two weeks for production plus shipping time after placing your order. All orders ship via USPS priority mail. Shipping within the USA takes 2-4 business days and international shipping takes 6-11 business days. Please contact us before ordering if you prefer a different shipping method. The USPS does not provide tracking numbers. Please read our shop policies for international shipping details and customs charges.

Rush Orders:
If you need a rush order, just let us know your event date and we will make sure your order is delivered in plenty of time. There is a $30 rush fee charged to each order that needs to be shipped before 2 weeks. Express shipping charges apply. Please send us a message including your address for a postage quote before ordering if you need a rush order.

Technique:
Hand crafted paper napkin rings are made of card stock. The dot embellishments are hand painted by Emily Arrison then scanned to print on your place cards with beautiful inks. All dots are irregular in shape to reflect the original paintings. Designed, printed & assembled at our studio in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania USA.
